JUST FOR LAUGHS PROGRAMMING

With 25 years of top-notch performances by outstanding comedic talent under its belt, Just For Laughs is now the world’s largest comedy event, bringing over 2 million people together each year for 11 days of non-stop laughter. Just For Laughs is the Mecca of comedy, with gala performances, theatre, club shows, comedic films, open-air shows, television specials and an industry marketplace called Just Comedy.

Every summer, The Just For Laughs Festival treats spectators to the widest array of international comedians and purely funny people ever assembled. Over the last 25 years, it has hosted some of the top comics in the world, including Jerry Seinfeld, Dave Chappelle, Jim Carrey, Tim Allen, Chris Rock, Jon Stewart, Bill Maher, Drew Carey, Jay Leno, Ray Romano, John Cleese, Rowan Atkinson, Howie Mandel and Dane Cook, to name but a few. Many of these comics performed at the Festival before they had major film and TV success, and several have returned to perform after making it big. Passes do not give the bearer access to the following venues, tickets are required: Centaur Theatre, Salle Gésu, Imperial Theatre, Théâtre St. Denis, Théatre Maisonneuve and Place des Arts (Wilfred Pelletier, Jean-Duceppe).

Please note that the bearer may be turned away if a show is at full capacity. (Paid ticket holders and Express Pass cardholders have priority admission). Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase tickets to shows that you really want to see.

Street Theatre Festival

Just For Laughs is the North American leader in international street theatre. The Street Theatre Festival features more than 2,000 shows, from over 50 companies. THE JUST FOR LAUGHS FILM FESTIVAL

The Just For Laughs Film Festival showcases the world’s largest selection of comedy shorts, Hollywood and International film premieres, and a series of star-studded special events and an outdoor site with a terrace and giant screen. Celebrating its 12th anniversary, the Just For Laughs Film Festival is expected to screen over a hundred and twenty-five short films from around the world, as well as premiere some of this summer's biggest comedy blockbusters, accompanied by some of the biggest stars.
